dc.description.abstract This research made for the sake of development of Non-Government Organizations Youth Development Program (NYDPs) in Indonesia which naturally and extremely indicate high turnover of membership that caused by the essence of the volunteers itself. All organization types have its own objectives and vision, turnover will make the organization ineffectively achieve the objectives and longer duration. Social Reconstructionism become the frame of theory. Qualitative research design involved in this research, with the flow of descriptive study throughout systematic interview and coded through Word Repetition analysis to Key-Word in Context analysis to make sure the data interpreted objectively It showed the result of interview successfully and identified several problems and solutions. It concluded several distinctive NYDPs’ features, the turnover factors with the volunteer’s responses through the NYDPs’ organization culture. This research also recommended two elements of research which are NYDPs and volunteer itself and government to have more evaluation internally that the awareness of NYDPs performance is contributing significant must be raised. en_US
