dc.description.abstract This research aims to evaluate the new construct factor related to industry expectation of President University students engaged in Work Integrated Learning (WIL). The research was held in Indonesia, specifically in Jabodetabek area and the respondents of this research are 75 supervisors who had taken responsibilities of WIL students of President University Batch 2014. This research used a quantitative method through a survey. Factor analysis method was used to analyze data. Findings show that the industries expect the WIL of President University students to have 7 competencies, which are; a) professionalism, b) quality improvement, c) time management, d) prioritizing work e) proactive, f) adaptable to change, and g) able to work independently. Those factors contribute 67% to the industrial expectation related to WIL competencies. This research extends the application framework based on Spencer and Spencer theory of Competency to analyze the factor of industry expectation related to WIL competencies. en_US
