| dc.description.abstract | This research is a survey research on Entrepreneurial Intention of Millennial Generation in Jabodetabek area. The aims of research are to find out the influence of attitude, subjective norm, and education on intention toward entrepreneurial. This survey research using questionnaire as instrument. The research population are Millennial Generation who stay and has been in Jabodetabek area. There were 100 random Millennial Generation selected as respondents of the research determine by using Kumar theory. The data was analyzed using SPSS with version 24. The result of hypotheses testing concludes that: (1) attitude has a significant influence on intention of entrepreneurial , (2) subjective norms have a significant influence on intention of entrepreneurial; (3) education not have a significant influence on intention of entrepreneurial. 32.5% of Entrepreneurial intention is influenced by Attitude and Subjective norm, and the rest 67.5% is influenced by Education and other factors that not include in this research. In FTest Ha4 is accepted due to the simultaneously influence between Attitude, Subjective norm, and Education towards Entrepreneurial Intention of Millennial Generation in Jabodetabek area. | en_US |
