With the presence of e-money as an alternative methods of payment in which the users of e-money is increasing in every year, especially in Jakarta. This research focused on e-money and debit card as products of Bank Mandiri. As for the problem with this research is whether e-money, cash, and debit card give influence the methods of payment for Bank Mandiri customers in Jakarta. In this study, the data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 customers of Bank Mandiri using simple random sampling method to determine the response of respondents of each variable. Then, analyzed the data were obtained in the form of quantitative analysis. Quantitative analysis include validity and reliability test, weighted mean, the classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis to test hypothesis through T-test, F-test, and coefficient determination (R2). Data analysis techniques used were linear regression analysis that serves to prove the research hypothesis. The data have met the reliability test, validity test, and classical assumption to produce regression equation. The results of hypothesis testing only cash has significant relationship on methods of payment. |
