The researcher would like to present a research about the influence of job satisfaction indicators towards employee loyalty. Researcher tried to determine the job satisfaction variables that influence the employee loyalty in PT. X Indonesia. The researcher identified the influence of independent variables which are working environment, reward, and training to non-production staff’s loyalty in PT. X Indonesia. In this study, the data collected through 73 non-production staff in PT. X Indonesia using simple random sampling method. The analysis of data obtained in the form of quantitative analysis includes validity and reliability test, weighted mean, standard deviation, classic assumption test and multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis through Coefficient of Determination, FTest, and T-Test. Result of the analysis showed that the independent variables (working environment, reward, and training) have positive and significant influences on the dependent variable (employee loyalty). Among the independent variables, reward has the most positive and significant influence to nonproduction staff’s loyalty, while training has the lowest influence to nonproduction loyalty. Therefore, the researcher recommends some advices to PT. X Indonesia to pay attention to both variables mentioned. PT. X Indonesia shall find the reasons that lead into this result and create a strategy in planning the training and development program for non-production staff. The management of PT. X Indonesia also shall focus on reward, as the variable that has positive significant influence towards non-production staff loyalty, to get clear picture on how big reward affects non-production staff loyalty, thus the management will know what to do to increase the loyalty of its employee. |
