FACTORS THAT INFLUENCE CHINESE STUDENTS’ SATISFACTION TOWARD PRESIDENT UNIVERSITY

Abstract

This study was about the dominant factors that influence Chinese students’ satisfaction toward President University. And Chinese students go to President University for their university. It is important to find out the factors that influence Chinese students’ satisfaction toward President University. In this thesis, the researcher used questionnaires with Likert scales and 148 samples as quantitative method and SPSS 20 to analyze the collected data method. The research sets up 3 independent variables that might influence Chinese students’ satisfaction toward President University. From the outcome of research, the researcher found out among the three variables that are quality of instruction, image, service quality. Quality of instruction and service quality are the main factors that influence Chinese students’ satisfaction toward President University. Image has no influence on Chinese students’ satisfaction toward President University.
