The purpose of this research was to investigate the influence of library service
quality towards student satisfaction of Adam Kurniawan Library in President
University. In this research, the researcher used quantitative approach to process
the research, and data were collected by structured questionnaire from batch 2013
and 2014 Chinese students in President university. Total 101 questionnaires were
spread and all of them are valid and reliable used in this research. Descriptive
statistics, Multiple regression test, hypothesis test which included T-test (partial
test) and F-test (simultaneously test) were employed to analyze influence of
independent variables (tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and
empathy) toward the dependent variable (student satisfaction). The data analysis
uses the SPSS 16.0 to generate results. The main findings of this research show
that tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy have
simultaneously significant influence toward the dependent variable (student
satisfaction of Adam Kurniawan Library); The five independent variables has
partial significant influence toward student satisfaction of Adam Kurniawan
Library. |
