This study aims to determine the influence of employee satisfaction elements toward employee loyalty in PT X. The independent variables that represent the elements of employee satisfaction are compensation & rewards, career development and workplace environment, while the employee loyalty as the dependent variable. The data are processed through quantitative analysis. The population in this study is the employees of PT X those who are in staff level and already working for the company for 3 years and above. Samples were taken of 53 respondents using a purposive sampling technique, which categorized as probability sampling. Data was collected using a survey method through questionnaires filled out by the employees. The questionnaire is using Likert Scale as its tools to measure the degree of agreement from the respondents. The data are processed through quantitative analysis. Then, the data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis. This analysis includes the validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, classic assumption test, hypothesis testing through the F test and t test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R²). The result of this research shows that Compensation & Rewards has not significant partial influence to Employee Loyalty of PT. X, and the most significant partial influence variable is Career Development. Results of the F-test and R2 analysis found that three of Employee Satisfaction variables being measured in this research have simultaneous significant influence towards Employee Loyalty. The researcher‟s recommendation is PT. X should more concern in Career Development of the employee, since it has the highest influence to build employee loyalty of employees in PT X. |
