This research is mainly aimed to the effectiveness of incentive mechanism in
Huawei Indonesia. Faced with fierce competition and high staff turnover, the
company built a thorough Incentive Mechanism becomes very necessary. In this
study, the researcher chooses three variables based on the theory. And factor
analysis method was used to analysis these variables. Result of the research
indicates that building a thorough incentive mechanism, it is not just affirm
employees’ effort with material incentives, given a reasonable non monetary
incentives as well. The company should use the different strategic of incentive in different situations. Further, a thorough incentive mechanism can retain the talent and promote the development of company.. |
