dc.description.abstract This study aims to find the influence of three-component of organizational commitment, which are affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment towards turnover intention in Hotel XYZ. This study used quantitative method and used survey using questionnaire in the form of Likert Scale that distributed to 148 employees to collect the data. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment component of organizational commitment have significant effect on turnover intention, and continuance commitment has the strongest influence on turnover intention. It was suggested that the hotel has to ensure that the employees get what they need by considering about their salary and benefit in or en_US
