dc.description.abstract Nowadays, not only the companies, organizations are in need of capital to do business or expanding the market but also the individuals are. Getting loan is regarded as the way they purchase and use goods before the payment capability. From these demands, the banks have developed a new type of lending activities, personal loans. This research investigates the factors influencing the personal loans banking at VPBank – acommercial bank. A survey was conducted on 100 individual customers who are getting loans at VPBank in Vietnam, specific in Danang city. Results of the multiple regression analysis for the total sample indicate that the “personal loans banking” is based on primarily on three factors (loan officer, collateral assets and customer satisfaction). There are all of three factors have the most positive impact on “personal loans banking” are “loan officer” “collateral assets” and “customer satisfaction”. The dominant variable has influence on personal loans banking is loan officer. The research aims to gives some suggestions which are expected to have an impact on personal loans banking of VPBank. From that, loan officer, collateral assets and customer satisfaction implicate to enhancing personal loans banking have been discussed. en_US
