This study was carried out in DADI Jakarta Branch office in the Indonesia. According to the internal anonymous survey conducted by HR department in the recent time, there are lots of potential problems relating to internal communication existing in the office, which lead to some negative consequences to the office. The objective of this study is to explore the factors influence intercultural communication by applying relevant intercultural communication theories. In this study, data are collected through semi-structure interviews. And the comparison method is applied for analyzing data. By comparing the targets‘ opinions on same issues, there are four factors influence intercultural communication in DADI Jakarta branch office, they are time perception, certainty avoidance, language competence and anxiety/uncertainty management. |
