This research has an objective to analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Inflation toward Interest rate on deposit at state-owned bank in Indonesia (PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), PT. Bank Mandiri and PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN)) time period 2008 – 2012. The interest rate shows how much the return will be obtained the investor over the funds invested in a bank. Thus, it so important for a bank to analyze several factors to determine the interest rate targeted in accordance with the banking and Economic situation. The sample collection techniques used in this research is purposive sampling method and for the population in this research is financial statement data namely Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Loan to deposit Ratio (LDR), Return on Asset (ROA) and Inflation at state-owned bank in Indonesia (PT. Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), PT. Bank Mandiri and PT. Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN)) time period 2008 – 2012. Analysis techniques used in this research is multiple regression by using SPSS, the hyposkripsi testing using T-Test, F-Test and R2 (regression coefficient test) and classical assumption test including the normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedascity test and autocorrelation test. Conclusion from this research describe that statically result is CAR has positive and significant influence to interest rate on deposit, LDR has negative and significant influence to interest rate on deposit, ROA has negative and significant influence to interest rate on deposit, the last is inflation has positive and significant influence to interest rate on deposit and all variables simultaneously has effect to interest rate on deposit. For the value of R2 is 0.828 or 82.80 % deposit interest rate influence to the four independent variables. While the remaining 17.20 % influenced by other factors outside of the research method. Thus, it can be concluding if the relationship the independent variables between dependent variables are strong. |
