dc.description.abstract This research is to find out the dominant factor of work stressor to employee in Manufacture Industry and to understand the way of those factor causes stress in organization. To achieve these objectives, there are seven dimensions being observed that causes work stress according to Human Safety Executive theory of stress by Hans Selye. This research is conducted using primary data that is collected by the researcher from the questionnaire spread to employee of PT. Silla Engineering on production department. The statistical method being used by researcher to process the data in this skripsi is Factor Analysis that aims to find the dominant factor of more than one interdependent variable. The result from the data processing obtain by the researcher is there are two dominant factor that causes work stress on employee. The first factor is physical environment and organizational policy and the second factor is relationship from colleagues and company. Thus, the researcher recommend to company to pay attention in internal and external of company. en_US
