dc.description.abstract Nowadays, there are many multinational companies who would like to expand their business in the growing countries; Indonesia is one of the countries who have big opportunities to expand. Since every country has a different culture between one and another, the employee should adapt with the culture environment and there is the importance to understand about corporate culture. The researcher uses British Chamber of Commerce in Indonesia as the subject of the research. The reason is the researcher assumes British Chamber can be a good representative organization or companies to explain about the corporate culture in the British Companies. This research use quantitative method to explain about the correlation between The Corporate Culture to The Team Performance. For the data the researcher using the primary data by spreading the questionnaire and also use the primary data by BritCham internal database. This research comes out with the idea there is strong correlation between corporate cultures and team performance. The corporate cultures dimension in this research are Communication, Long - Term orientation, Team work and Rewards & recognition. The most affected dimension in the corporate culture is team work. Team work in the British cultures really useful that is why British company can stay in Indonesia for a long time for example British American Tobacco and Standard Chartered Bank. From the result, it can show that British Company should provide more Rewards & Recognition for the employee. So, the employee can feel more comfort to work with, increase their performance and also the loyalty to the company. en_US
