dc.description.abstract Cultural diversity is related with every multinational corporate entity, face to this situation, the researcher choose a case to Analysis of cultural diversity among English speaking employees. Via this research, find out the different among the Chinese employees, Indonesian employees, and Chinese Indonesian employees. Furthermore, the researcher wants to provide some suggestions for the invested company from China, and also give the recommendation for the employees This research used quantitative research methodology to analyze the problems. Quantitative research is more suitable for this research, because this study provide more than one conclusion. Quantitative researcher is easier for researcher to get conclusion with limited time. Based on the quantitative research method, a questionnaire was conducted for the survey to collect data from employees in invested power – plant from China in Sumatra. There are five parts in this thesis, firstly, introduction the problem of cultural diversity; secondly, literature reviews give the theories to support thesis; thirdly, research methodology is to design the research method and scope; fourthly, analysis the questionnaire, and the Comprehensive Interpretation follow the data analysis; and finally, give the conclusion for the research and recommendation for the research target. From the fourth part, the researcher gives the research result with data analysis. The five variables impact the company with different way, and the most different are religion and language. According the research, the researcher wants to give the recommendation for invested company from china, and how to deal with the cultural diversity between China and Indonesian. Such as: respect the religion free, use the English language to communication and so on. There is useful guideline for invested company from china to set up the suitable company with Indonesian culture. en_US
