dc.description.abstract The development of food and beverage industry continues to grow from year to year so as to provide a very promising opportunity for the entrepreneur to open a new business. But there are many obstacles faced because of the high level of competition makes the customer has many choices. This is certainly a threat for new entrepreneurs who just started his business early. Therefore, creative ideas are needed that can differentiate with competitors and also mature business planning to prepare all the possibilities that will occur. Therefore, Sushi Bee strives to prepare well-planned planning in terms of quality, price and experience that customers value. Sushi Bee chooses to be a different restaurant by serving the typical Japanese food that at the moment (2018) there are only two competitors in Ketapang. The result of business plan is used to determine marketing strategies and operational plan. To test the feasibility of this plan, economical analysis was conducted such as payback period, Net Present Value, and internal rate of return. The results of the analysis were: payback period 1 years 2 month, NPV Rp 843,031,780.46 and IRR 66,72%. en_US
