dc.description.abstract This research is about “The influence of working condition, salary, and motivation towards employee performance”. An objective of this research is to determine whether working condition, salary, and motivation has an influence to the employee performance. The researcher used 3 independent variables working condition, salary and motivation. The dependent variable of this research is employee performance. In addition, the data was analyze using SPSS 23, and used multiple regression by spread to 77 respondents. The results of this research that working condition has significant influence toward employee performance, salary has significant influence toward employee performance, motivation has significant influence toward employee performance, and all independent variables explain 72.6 percent affecting employee performance. en_US
