dc.description.abstract |
The number of pedestrian accidents reached 16% of the 19,337 victims of accidents from the data of PT. Jasa Raharja in 2017, and the World Health Organization (WHO) stated that 22% of victims of accidents were pedestrians.
This project concentrates in designing the miniature of zebra crossing warning automation including the installation and control installation. Traffic lighting and sensor appliance which already modified with Arduino UNO and the warning are installed in zebra crossing. The warning is controlled by the Ultrasonic and will send signal to Arduino UNO. By using a solenoid valve, as a warning tool for pedestrians when the green light is on and passing through the ultrasonic sensor area. |
