dc.description.abstract The number of small parts that are easily damaged and becomes useless. Making a factory usually suffers considerable losses. One of them is PT. X definitely has many small components that are stored and forgotten to be used regularly. Lean Manufacturing makes things like that to reduce losses. By using the Kanban system which is a system to maximize several parts so that they are quickly sold and run out quickly. But in the system there are still many shortcomings that have an impact on other small parts. In this research, that will to be able to reduce and save time and materials to speed up the calculation of data on small parts that use the stream mapping. In this case to reduce waste, you will use the visual stream mapping method, then use the ROQ comparison method, then look for an improvement using the 5W method in the kanban system. In addition, it was found that a signi!cant reduction of 20% in improvement visual stream mapping made a 10-hour reduction. Then the new kanban card system was obtained. en_US
