FOREIGN STUDENT STUDY PERMISSION INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR KEMENTERIAN RISET, TEKNOLOGI DAN PENDIDIKAN TINGGI (KEMRISTEKDIKTI)

Abstract

To allow foreign students who want to study in universities in Indonesia, the university must register the students to Kementerian Riset, Teknologi, dan Pendidikan Tinggi Republik Indonesia (Kemristekdikti). The registration process includes many forms, declaration paper and other documents. When some of the not mandatory fields are not provided on the first registration step, the submission could be done later, but sometimes the campus missed to notify the student to submit the missing documents. This thesis intends to developaninformation system for Kemristekdikti that could be used to notify the campus and the student to submit the missing documents by making a new foreign student study permission information system. This information system will provide a registration website with notification feature to prevent late document submission. Therefore, it will make a better and efficient registration process.
