The number of entrepreneurs ratio in Indonesia is left behind on another country especially in Asia such as Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Taiwan, and others. The growth of an entrepreneur that occurs has been a question of what factors that could be influencing the entrepreneur in Indonesia as well as the entrepreneurial intention of the people Therefore, this research aims to determine influence of personal attitude, subjective norms and self efficacy on entrepreneurial intention Business Faculty Students President University from batch 2015-2018. This research is using three independent variables which are personal attitude, subjective norms and selfefficacy while the dependent variable is entrepreneurial intention. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative and purposively sampling. This research used online questionnaire to get primary data and got 355 valid respondents which analyzed with multiple regression analysis to test the hypothesis. It is found that all three variables which are personal attitude, subjective norms, and self-efficacy have significant influence towards Business Faculty students President University from batch 2015 to 2018. Furthermore, this researched explained 40.4% factors that influence Entrepreneurial Intention, while the rest 59.6% influenced by other factors. |
