dc.description.abstract Nowadays, a lot of eating places that provide food following the western culture or from abroad. This makes some traditional Indonesian foods themselves covered by others. Especially traditional foods originating from the regions, such as one of them is traditional Batak food. The dining area that provides the menu has a place that seems old and still inadequate. Therefore, Tobasa Nauli comes with providing traditional traditional Batak food with a cozy and homey atmosphere. The results of this business plan can be used to arrange marketing and business operations in the future. To find out and test the feasibility of this business, the economic analysis conducted is like Payback Period and Ratio Analysis such as Return Assets and Return on Sales. These results are: Payback Period is for 3.72 years. en_US
