dc.description.abstract TEMPEmosi! is a business in the city of Bandung which is engaged in the production of tempeh chips that provide a new special taste, namely chili sauce. The products we offer are different products from other tempeh chips products. We provide 9 variant taste which are Sambal Matah, Sambal Bawang, Sambal Cabe Ijo, Sambal Terasi, Sambal Matah Seasoning, Sambal Bawang Seasoning, Sambal Cabe Ijo Seasoning, Sambal Terasi Seasoning and Original. In addition, we also offer 3 levels of spiciness that is very spicy, medium spicy and ordinary spicy, so that consumers can choose according to their tastes. Tempeh chips that are already well known by many people then we make the latest innovation by combining them with chili sauce. The idea of creating this product combined with this spicy flavor was chosen based on the trend that has existed until now. This trend is in great demand and sought after by people who like the spicy food. Our target market is the millennial, generation X, Baby Boomers and Traditionalist namely young and old generation aged around 19-65 years old. Young generation was chosen because they are the generation that is most active in all things such as being active on social media. While old generation, we choose because this food has also been known for a long time and is one of the favorite snacks among old people. In our business development plan, our strategy is focus on online and offline sales. For online sales, this sale is aimed at young people who active on social media relates to the current trend and for offline sales is aimed at old people who are busy working and not too active on social media. In addition, our other strategies are offer different and distinctive flavors, prices can be reached by young and old generation, and strategic location close to tourist attractions that are usually visited by young people to make customers easy to find our store. The business opportunity for tempeh chips with a combination of chili sauce is a profitable business opportunity. It does not need to take a long time to get the capital back because this business only requires less than one year for the return period. With capital that is not too large and the high demand for tempeh chips with new innovations will provide good prospects in the long term for this business in the future. To support this issue, the company will recruit employees who have good expertise, especially in the production section with the aim of maintaining the distinctive taste of this tempeh chips product and also in the sales and marketing department to help promote and introduce this product to the target market, especially Bandung. en_US
