dc.description.abstract This study aims to find out: The Influence of Career Development towards Turnover Intention of employees in PT. XYZ, Influence of Performance Appraisal towards Turnover Intention of PT. XYZ, Influence of Organizational Commitment towards Turnover Intention of PT. XYZ, and also the Influence of Career Development, Performance Appraisal, and Organizational Commitment on Turnover Intention. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Data collection used in this study is questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 168 people and used a simple random sampling method. Test the validity of using construct validity and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results found that: Career Development has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention, Performance Appraisal positive and significant influence on Turnover Intention, Organizational Commitment has a negative and significant influence on Turnover Intention, and jointly gives a positive and significant influence on turnover intention. Contribution of Career Development, Performance Assessment and organizational commitment to explain turnover intention is (ΔR2) 0.349 ***. This research has an implication for the PT.XYZ that the company should be paying attention for their prosperity’s employee which are to gain their career, performance and also their commitment. en_US
