dc.description.abstract With the development of economy, commercial banks play an increasingly important role in the market economy. Commercial banks are the products the market economy. This research objective is to empirically prove the indluence of financial performance of commercial bank in china during period 2010-2017. This research used quantitative research though purposive sampling and panel data wich was obtained from five commercial bank in eight years quarterly. An empirical evidence of this research indicates that loan to deposit ratio, net interest margin, and capital adequancy ratio have the significant positive influence to ROA, while non-perfoming loan has the significant negative influence to ROA. Simultaneously, all of the independet variables have the significant influence to ROA, described by 43.6% and the rest of 56.4% is explained by another factor. en_US
