ANDROID-BASED APPLICATION FOR ATTENDANCE, LEAVE AND EXPENSE CLAIM MANAGEMENT SYSTEM IN PT. EMERIO INDONESIA

Abstract

A company is a place where the production of product or service is being made, where the product or service is to be offered to their customers. A company cannot run on its own, therefore there are employees who work and gets involved in succeeding the company’s objectives. There is one department called Human Resource Division, which has a job description to manage employees’ absence, payroll, leave, recruitment, and all other things related to the human resources that the company hires. Currently, some companies still use paper to manage these matters. This research intends to develop a software application to help the HR’s work in a way that also reduce costs, waste, and time. Whereas nowadays people cannot be separated from their smartphones, HR management will be more efficient and effective using an android-based mobile application with several functions such as attendance monitor, leave management, and expense claims that is just one scroll away.
