dc.description.abstract From handheld gadgets to preservation of wildlife animals, artificial intelligence had assisted humanity to complete difficult and tedious tasks and challenges in everyday life. Various field such as science, medic, military, sociology, video games industry, and many more, developed artificial intelligence with various purposes. Artificial intelligence breakthrough in video games industry started with the development of Behavior Tree in Halo 2 and Goal Oriented Action Planning in F.E.A.R. video games series. Since then, many video games developers had made its own artificial intelligence system. However, there is no one-size-fit-all artificial intelligence system for all video games. Artificial intelligence in video games should be designed to fit the game’s intended playstyle, and to present an interesting experience from gameplay. This research will develop Please Train Me!, a 2-dimensional survival video game that will utilize Finite Stack Finite State Machine artificial intelligence system. en_US
