dc.description.abstract |
Wheelchair is a chair that have wheels on both side that used to help individuals who have limit on their ability to walk move around. Wheelchair can assist people with disabilities to become productive members of their communities.
This research will discuss the development of controllable wheelchair prototype based on Arduino Nano, gyroscope sensor, touch sensor, and radio-frequency module. The prototype will move according to the tilt of the gyro sensor given from the Arduino that acts as a transmitter. For the safety aspect, it only able to move when the touch sensor is touched. This research will be able to make people with disabilities to become more productive and they didn’t need other to push their wheelchair. |
