MOBILE APPLICATION FOR DIAGNOSING THREE BOWEL DISEASES: GASTRITIS, APPENDICITIS, AND IRRITABLE BOWEL SYNDROME

Abstract

Embarrassment and fear of disease can hinder one from discussing their health to their doctor and such behavior might put one’s life at risk as the early warning signs are ignored. Therefore, the main purpose of this proposal is to help tackle this problem by creating a mobile application, in order to emphasize on privacy that implements Expert System to help diagnose and bring awareness to the user’s illness, specifically three common bowel diseases will be diagnosed and differentiated: Irritable Bowel Syndrome, Gastritis, and Appendicitis.
