WEB-BASED APPLICATION FOR GUITAR RECOMMENDATION USING FUZZY-MAMDANI METHOD

Abstract

Today everyone has the opportunity to learn musical instruments, such as guitar. However, if we want to learn how to play the guitar, then we need a guitar. Nowadays many people have difficulty in choosing the guitar that suits them, including a beginner. Many beginners do not know that a guitar determines their characteristics in playing music. Therefore, the purpose of this thesis is to create a web-based application for helping people to decide which guitar is suitable based on their criteria. By utilizing this application, users will get the best guitar recommendation based on the calculation from the criteria that is inputted. This application uses fuzzy logic with the Mamdani method that will provide the best recommendations for getting a guitar in accordance with the desired criteria.
