This research aims to design a Supply Chain Performance Measurement to PT. XYZ so that the company’s performance can be known. The result is there are 29 Key Performance Indicator (KPI) that will be used to measure the supply chain system. The identification of KPI is based on the Supply Chain Operation Reference (SCOR) model framework. The weight of each KPI then calculated based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) technique to know the priorities between each KPI. The performance of each KPI then calculated based on the actual data and later will be normalized so as to equate the scale unit. The scoring system will be based on the normalization result and will be analyzed according to the Traffic Light System to know the performance achievement. The result of measurement is there are four KPI that have low performance which are forecast accuracy, source on time delivery, supplier reliability, and time to solve a complaint. The proposed improvement is also given based on the four KPI. |
