dc.description.abstract The objective of this research is to find out the influence occupational safety and health program variables on work productivity based on three variables of occupational safety and health program which are occupational safety, occupational health, and stress management. Based on this research, the data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 45 respondents in works division (field employees). This research used convenience sampling method. The data obtained have met the reliability test, validity test, classical assumption test (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity), and multiple linear regression analysis to produce regression equation. The results of F-test and T-test indicating that independent variables significantly influence work productivity simultaneously as well as partially. The result of the R2 indicating that only 87.6% of work productivity could be explained by independent variables. en_US
