dc.description.abstract Aggregat planning is one of the planning to set the number of operators by determining level of output or production capacity as a whole to meet the level of demand obtained by forecasting to get the total minimum production costs. By assigning standard time then the forecasted demand hours of each period can be known. In this case, the strategy used is chase strategy, constant workforce strategy, and hybrid strategy. These strategies are used to determine the number of operators in 2018 at PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering for plant 3. From the results obtained the best strategy is hybrid strategy with the smallest costs. The total cost using hybrid strategy is Rp 6,541,606,237 . The number of workforce determined using hybrid strategy for 2018. en_US
