dc.description.abstract | Work-family conflict may arise to individuals who hold dual-role in accomplishing job tasks and family responsibilities. Those individuals are frequently interrupted by both family and work matters and resulted to several serious problems. In addition, level of position amongst employees in the workplace could also be a consequential aspect, particularly its association with job performance. This study was conducted to identify and examine the direct influence of work-family conflict and position level on tax consultants’ job performance. The method of data collection used a survey questionnaire and being analyzed through SEM-PLS software. The results showed significant impact between work-family issue and position level in job performance and pioneering Indonesia behavioral literature in the tax sector. | en_US |
