dc.description.abstract A lot of exonomic growth is happening in Indonesia especially in urbn area. A busy day to day activities added with a high mobility and high stress level of urban people, forcing them to spend more on finished food and entertainment. In line with that, the development of culinary business in Indonesia is getting increasingly widespreaded through time as the total restaurants and cafés has grown a lot over the years. The needs and desires for food and drinks of Indonesia consumers are also getting increasingly varied. In Jakarta, the culinary industry is also growing significantly as the averaage income of restaurants in Jakarta are constantly increasing since 2013 to 2017, whch create an opportunity for our business. To create something different, previous research data has proved that there is a specific market trend of a type of food that is considered as a favorite food amongst Indonesian with high demand and growth, which is bubble milk tea and ayam geprek. Seeing the opportunity, Bubble Café and Bar will be a restaurants that serve bubble milk tea and ayam geprek as the main specialty, however we also provide ther food and cocktail as our main target which is millenial is also known to spend some of their money for alcoholic drink. The author’s shop house is located in West Jakarta area, which is considered a good place for culinary business as the population is the biggest and the Gross domestic sales of food and beverage ranked second amongst other part of Jakarta. Our Segmentation which is a middle class millenials and also the upper class fits perfectly as one of our main features is a great interior, lively ambience, and accoustic live music. With the marketing plan focusing on price and promotion, which consist of a detailed offline and online promotion plan, we believe that the culnary business will attract a lot of customers. This business plan also consists of a detailed process of creating Bubble Café and Bar from the scratch including the employees, products, inventory, financing, milestones, and strategies. With this business plan, a great result for future execution of the business is expected to be achieved. en_US
