dc.description.abstract This research is about factors that influencing employee performance in 4.0 eras (study case in Cikarang – Bekasi area). Sample from this research are 116 respondents. This research shows that there are continuously simultaneous influences between all independent variable (critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptive behavior and motivation) on dependent variable (employee performance). Coefficient Determination shows that 93.3% of employee performance can be explained by independent variable (critical thinking, emotional intelligence, adaptive behavior, and motivation) in this research, while the rest 6.7% are influence by other factors that is not mentioned in this research. Based on the T-test, all of independent variables in this research have a significant value which supporting that there is significant correlation between independent variable to dependent variable. en_US
