This study aims to find out: The Impact of Motivation, Job Placement, and Recruitment towards Job Performance (A Case Study in PT. BF), Impact of Motivation towards Job Performance of PT. BF, Impact of Job Placement towards Job Performance of PT. BF, and also the Impact of Motivation, Job Placement and Recruitment on Job Performance. This research is a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. Data collection used in this study is questionnaire method. The sample in this study amounted to 111 people and used a purposive sampling method. Test the validity of using construct validity and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results found that: Motivation has a positive and substantial impact on Job Performance, Recruitment positive and substantial impact on Job Performance, Recruitment has a positive and substantial impact on Job Performance, and jointly gives a positive and substantial impact on job performance Contribution of Motivation, Job Placement and Recruitment to explain Job Performance is (ΔR2) 0.503 ***. This research has an implication for the PT.BF that the company should be paying attention for their prosperity’s employee which is to gain their performance. |
