Curly.Clean is an individual company or Sole Proprietorship. The ownership of this company is owned by one person. The writer himself becomes the person who leads the business and takes part in this business. Business owners participate as loan fund seekers and as Chief Executive Officers at the board of this business. Most of the loan funds will be used to build business unit, renovations, purchase equipment, lease payments, and the capital. Focus on serving people with our shoes laundry, custom, and repair services that provide the best quality service. The author has plans to expand the company through the opening of further new branches that exist in potential area in Indonesia and ask for the development of a business model that will be the top of mind of our customers in terms of car washing services and beautifying cars in Indonesia. The author determine locations based on several points, namely: visibility, high traffic patterns, easy access, and market potential. The marketing strategy focuses on attracting people to become customers, educating those customers, creating brand awareness and then creating a loyal customer base. Those marketing strategy will attract consumers through online media marketing, print and electronic media advertising, word of mouth advertising and strategic alliances. Also, will continue to assess all aspects of the business and interact with our customers personally, evaluate, evaluate employees and receive comments or suggestions from customers. Initial costs include the initial inventory and equipment for the first store including rent and renovation, and marketing costs. Viewed from the financial aspect, we need around Rp 700.000.000,00 as initial stock to start this business.
