dc.description.abstract |
This study aims to determine the impact of the work environment, work stress,
opportunities for innovation and work motivation towards employee productivity
of millennials generation in the workplace. This research uses a quantitative
approach and uses a survey that is a questionnaire for collecting the data. Thus, the
answers to the questionnaire will be analyzed with statistical tools to find the
results. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results
of the study at a significant level of 5% indicate that: work environment has a
significant impact on employee productivity; work stress has a significant impact
on employee productivity; opportunities for innovation has a significant impact on
employee productivity; work motivation has no significant impact on employee
productivity; and simultaneously work environment, work stress, opportunities for
innovation, work motivation have a significant impact on employee productivity. |
