PT Tsingshan Steel Indonesia is an enterprise mainly engaged in the production and sales of stainless steel and related products .. But in recent years they have encountered bottlenecks in their development. The problem of employee turnover also adds to the problem to a certain extent to the enterprise.The objective of this research is to count the factors that most affect the employee's turnover intention in the PT. Tsingshan Steel Indonesia.Therefore, this research analyzed the relationship between location, compensation, job satisfaction, and employee turnover intentions through quantitative research.This paper adopts the method of quantitative research and uses SPSS for data analysis.100 employees of PT. Tsingshan Steel Indonesia were randomly selected for questionnaire survey.The results show that location compensation and job satisfaction have a significant impact on employee turnover intentions. So this research puts forward some effective suggestions for the company, hoping to help the company retain talents and reduce company losses. |
