Everything related to the company is the responsibility of one owner, and the owner also runs the management of the company so that he can directly control the company's path. This business is engaged in the culinary industry that offers snacks made from potatoes that have many unique menu variants and the best taste. And also many sauce variants that can be tried, for initial capital including initial inventory, equipment, rent, and marketing costs needed around 66 million rupiah, in this business plan there is a modest estimate of growth rates for this business from year to year for the first 5 years . There are 2 marketing strategies that are applied in this business, offline and online. for offline will put up banner stands and for online will use social media as a means of our promotion and will invite several influencers to work together. and for now, for the time being the business has not yet planned to enter the franchise industry because the company wants to add branches under the direction of the sole owner. en_US
