This research aimed to examine the impact of motivation, work environment, work-life balance towards employee performance through job satisfaction of multinational companies in Jakarta during the pandemic. There are variables in the study, there are variables x, y, and z. The variables in this research are Motivation, Work environment, Work-Life Balance, Job Satisfaction, and Employee Performance. This research used a quantitative research design. This study collected the data by distributing the digital questionnaire and gained 126 respondents who have worked from home in multinational companies during a pandemic in Jakarta. To analyze the data, Partial Least Square – Structural Equation Model (PSL-SEM) was analyzed using SmartPLS 3. The result of this research showed that Motivation, Work Environment, and Work-Life Balance has a significant impact on Job Satisfaction. For the Employee Performance variable, only Motivation has a significant impact. Work Environment and Work-Life Balance have no significant impact on Employee Performance. Motivation, Work Environment, and Work-Life Balance have a direct impact on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction. |
