dc.description.abstract In the past two decades, online shopping has developed rapidly. C2C e-commerce platform in the transaction process, there are many kinds of fraud problems, such as the seller's false publicity, selling fake goods, payment not delivered and so on. This paper will analyze this phenomenon and explore the reasons to avoid the loss caused by e-commerce fraud. This study takes e-commerce platform fraud, seller ethics, consumer behavior, punishment as variables, using qualitative research methods. The statistical data will be distributed to people who use online shopping through questionnaires. The data will be sorted and analyzed by Excel and SPSS. Hope to strengthen the research of e-commerce platform, reduce the trust crisis, and help the future development. en_US
