dc.description.abstract The culinary industry is an industry that will continue to grow and its market demand continues to increase. This increase is accompanied by an increase in the population that continues to grow because this area is the main human need for survival. Here, Saphire and Cake is present in the middle of Malang City to fulfill the demand for cakes and pastries. Saphire and Cake is a bakery with Dine-in service in Malang under the auspices of CV. Saphire Jaya. The bakery which will be built in 2020 is located in the Ijen area which plans to open in August 2022. We provide various types of cakes and pastries with various quality and variants, for our target market cake lovers around 16-60 years old. If in general the bakery business can only be taken away or ordered between, Saphire and Cake provides dine-in facilities. This dine-in facility is supported by a comfortable ambience and a very beautiful building decoration with floral pastel theme. The price range for food from Rp 9000 until Rp 280.000 for a whole cake and for beverage from Rp 12.000 until Rp 18.000. We carry out marketing strategies starting from registering our place to restaurant search platforms, endorsements, social media, installing banners and distributing brochures. Sales are expected to increase 10 percent per year, Cost of Goods Sold 30 percent of net sales, Depreciation rate of assets 10 percent per year, in terms of profitability ratios this business is expected to have the ability to generate assets from its revenue up to 35 percent in 3 years, to generate sales from income up to 56 percent in 3 years and the payback period itself will be take 1.4 year. en_US
