dc.description.abstract In Indonesia, the most popular sports are football and badminton. if we ask people, surely they all know about these two sports. Football is a sport game that requires 11 players per team to play it. And badminton requires 2 to 4 people to play it. However, in this business plan, the author does not want to talk about football, but about futsal. Basically football and futsal are the same, but there are several factors that distinguish the two. Unlike soccer which is played with 11 people, futsal is only played by 5 people in each team. And again, the size of the futsal field is much smaller than a soccer ball. In 2001, futsal was introduced to Indonesia and immediately received a good response from the public. One form of sport is a mini form of soccer. The market potential of the Indonesian sports industry is quite high. Several studies have stated that the potential market for the Indonesian sports industry is in the top four in Asia. The Indonesian football industry occupies a leading position with a turnover of up to IDR 3 trillion per season. One of the strategies of the Arifa Sport Center to attract customers is to create a race event that is held every year for 2 times. The competition in this business is not too fierce because the distance between the same business places is quite far and there are also many futsal enthusiasts. For business operations, it does not use many employees, and this business does not produce goods or food, only provides sports facilities. Arifa Sports Center is a business based on field rental for sports, to be more precise there will be futsal and badminton courts for rent. With a venture capital investment of Rp. This 1,000,000,000 business will get a payback period of 3.8 years after the business is operational. en_US
