dc.description.abstract This study aims to analyze the influence of Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work Motivation in Employee Performance while Working from Home. The Sample in this study is the employee who Working from Home from the beginning of the COVID-19 Pandemic in Indonesia and the Sample which amount to 100. The survey research used a questionnaire as an instrument and analyzed using quantitative analysis with multiple regression models. The results showed a significant difference between Job Satisfaction, Work Environment, Work Motivation in Employee Performance. All Independent variable in this research is capable of influencing the dependent variable. Thus, the adjusted R-value is only 34.1%, indicating the remaining 65.9% is an unknown variable that can affect employee performance. en_US
