dc.description.abstract |
The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of work identity, work stress and interpersonal relationship on turnover intention of millennial employees in IF Language Centre. In this investigation, information were gathered as a poll review. The population size were 328 employees of the IF Language Centre, and 180 of them are investigated. This study adopts the method of quantitative research, and carries out data collection and analysis on the basis of questionnaire survey. The outcomes show that work identity, work stress and interpersonal relationship connections effective affect turnover expectation. It is found that work identity and interpersonal relationship have negative effect on employee turnover intention, while work stress has a positive effect on employee turnover intention. |
