In recent years, with the rapid development of commodity economy, the competition among enterprises was becoming more and fiercer. Among which the best way to made enterprises stand out from the competition was to improve employee performance. Taken HuaWei Technologies Co., Ltd as an example, the purpose of this study was to understand the influence of compensation, satisfaction and enterprise culture on employee performance in HuaWei Technologies Co., Ltd. In this thesis, 100 employees were selected from 134 employees of PuYang HuaWei Technologies Co., Ltd. as samples, and the data were collected by online questionnaire. There were three independent variables in this test. The researchers used quantitative research. In the selection of perceived information, this research adopted the strategy of public opinion survey. The results showed that compensation, satisfaction, and enterprise culture essentially influence employee performance. |
