dc.description.abstract Learning style affects the result of student learning. Learning style is an approach that explains how individuals learn or the way each person takes to concentrate on the process, and master difficult and new information through various perceptions (Ghufron and Risnawati, 2010: 42). The tendency of teachers to use only one way of teaching, namely visual style, then the one-way communication process, in which the teacher explains and students listen, is the cause of many factors that influence the learning process and student learning outcomes in class. The teacher teaches using the blackboard media (visual) and uses books (visual). Vice versa, students learn to use books (visual), take notes (visual), do assignments in writing (visual) and take tests also in writing (visual). Meanwhile, in reality each student has their respective differences in learning styles. There are students who prefer to learn by listening to lectures directly by their teacher (Auditory), there are those who are happier with doing experiments (kinesthetic), there are those who prefer to learn by reading books (Read/Write). Based on the description above, to find out the students' mathematical reasoning abilities in terms of learning styles, the researcher is interested in conducting research with the title "VARK Application To Identify The Learning Style Of Student” en_US
